Winter evenings are THE BEST time for snuggling up to watch a Christmas movie. So why not put your favourite Christmas PJs on and snuggle up for some serious festive film fun.
Here are our Christmas movie viewing top tips.
Set the scene
Draw the curtains, light some candles, and grab a blanket and cushions so you’re cosy and comfortable for the duration.
Film Choice
Choosing the perfect film -you want a film that will make you laugh, make you feel Christmassy and get you all in the festive spirit. Our personal favourite is The Holiday but if that’s not your thing why not try a classic such as Home Alone or Miracle on 34th Street. For those who want something a little more action-packed then Die Hard is always a popular choice (but that’s not really a Christmas film, is it?!).
Remember, there's no wrong choice when it comes to Christmas movies—it's all about what brings joy to YOU and YOUR family. So pop some popcorn, grab a blanket, and press play!
Drinks and Snacks
Hot chocolate is an essential part of any christmas movie night but if you're feeling a bit more indulgent then why not add some squirty cream, marshmallows and a chocolate flake or even a shot of Bailey's!
No movie night is complete without snacks and we're not just talking about popcorn. It is Christmas after all so break out the mince pies, gingerbread men and selection boxes or if you're feeling really festive why not bake some sugar cookies. Whatever you choose, try and keep the munching down as you want to hear the film.
So there you have it, our guide to having the BEST Christmas movie night! All that's left to do now is choose your film, grab your snacks and drinks and settle down for a cosy evening in.
